Description: Find out about Cardiff’s contribution to the First World War and the lasting legacy the conflict had on our communities. The U-Boat Project 1914-18 has been a collaboration between the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales, Bangor University and the Nautical Archaeology Society. The project has been supported by a network of maritime museums, community and history groups across Wales including The Heritage & Cultural Exchange and Cardiff Story. This is the last opportunity to view this travelling exhibition which has visited sixteen maritime museums across Wales.
Open to the public: Attendance at the event is by invitation only however the Senedd and the Pierhead will remain accessible to the public during our normal opening hours.
