1.   The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Written Statement by the Welsh Government - Response to the High Court judgement

1.   To avoid a possible conflict of interest, the Chair sought nominations to elect a temporary Chair for item 2.1.

 

2.   David Rees was nominated by Mick Antoniw and was elected as temporary Chair in accordance with Standing Order 17.22.

 

3.   Ann Jones, AM excused herself from the meeting for item 2.1.

 

4.   The Committee asked the First Minister questions on his Written Statement.
