Local Government declared a relevant interest as a member of a union. 2.3.
During the session, the Cabinet Secretary agreed to provide clarification on
the extent to which the Bill would affect those who provide public services on
behalf of devolved Welsh authorities as well as those authorities and their own
employees. |

The Future Generations Commissioner agreed to provide a copy of the letter sent
to all local authorities in relation to the statutory timescales in the
Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and the Local Government
(Wales) Measure 2009. 3.3.
The Committee agreed to write to the Future Generations Commissioner on matters
not reached during the meeting, and on matters raised during the session. The
Committee discussed the evidence received under item 2 and agreed to write to
the Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Children on matters raised during the
session. |
