Services Strategy Team, and Jonathan Hopkins, Deputy Director Commercial &
Procurement from the Welsh Government as part of their inquiry into Public
Procurement. 3.2
Andrew Slade agreed to advise the Committee of the costs incurred which are not
recoverable (sunk costs) for the creation and maintenance of the NPS, including
all advice and investments undertaken by the Welsh Government, together with IT
and staff costs. |
