LCM on the Rivers Authorities and Land Drainage Bill NDM7037 - Lesley
Griffiths (Wrexham) To propose that the
National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that
provisions in the Rivers Authorities and Land Drainage Bill, in so far as they
fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales,
should be considered by the UK Parliament. A Legislative
Consent Memorandum has been laid
in Table Office on 15 March 2019 and a Revised Legislative Consent Memorandum
has been laid
on 18 April 2019 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2. A copy of the Bill
