The Presiding Officer invited nominations for the Chair of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee, in accordance with Standing Order 17.2F.

Mike Hedges nominated Mick Antoniw. Jane Hutt and Jenny Rathbone seconded the nomination.

As there was only one nomination and no objections to the nomination, the Presiding Officer declared that Mick Antoniw was elected as Chair of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee.

c) raise awareness of this practice among GPs and all medical practitioners; and

d) do all it can to ensure communities most affected receive help and support to tackle the problem.
