Children are too small to make decision and they have less wisdom.
Specially with naughty children, they need help from the parents to guide them and reasonable punishment will
help them to understand that the act is wrong. Eg hearting other children is wrong.

If you implement this Bill, this country will overflow with naughty bad violent generation in the future. We have already this now, and this will be worsened..

Children should be disciplined by the parents. If the parents are harch then government should help the parents to discipline the children in a proper manner.
