I think the Bill will criminalize parents. More importantly I think it will be an unenforceable piece of legislation. How will it be monitored? How will it be evaluated? Who will be responsible for its enforcement. Given the massive cut backs in police funding it would put extra pressure on already stretched resources.

Yes. Criminalizetion of parents will have far reaching consequences. Financial & possibly in terms of employment & future reputation.
