1.1        The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

1.2        Apologies were received from Joyce Watson.

1.3        Huw Irranca-Davies declared an interest as he is Chair of the Welsh Government’s EU Advisory Group.

1.4        The Chair welcomed Mandy Jones as a Member of the Committee.
